Charl Taylor, with more than 20 years of industry experience, founded CI-Advantage. Prior senior leadership roles in signage and brand implementation companies honed his project management and systems design abilities. Holding QBCC, BPC, SA & TAS Building licenses, CI-Advantage deliver signage and fit out expertise to the Australian market.

Professional Background
Charl founded CI-Advantage with over 20 years of expertise in brand implementation and management within Australia’s signage industry. His career spans hands-on manufacturing, project management, and senior leadership roles, culminating in managing national project and installation teams. He designed operational systems—covering estimation, production, and invoicing—that boosted efficiency for major corporate clients, securing contracts for projects exceeding $3M through industry interviews and networking.

As a project services and operations manager, he led teams of up to 20, overseeing financial performance, human resources, and quality control, and implemented key performance indicator systems to enhance productivity. His qualifications / licences include an MBA (in progress, University of Queensland, expected 2025), a Certificate III in Signage, and QBCC/BPC/SA/TAS licences (Special Structures – Signage), Adv. Diploma in Business Management and a Diploma in Project Management, as well as a degree in psychology. Strengths in project management, commercial acumen, and systems development, honed through roles and training like Dale Carnegie underpin CI-Advantage’s foundation.
